Our History

Travis, whose father, Sam Mong, was a water treatment expert himself, would join his dad on jobs as a child where he would go on installs and service calls to help complete jobs in Ohio, PA and West Virginia. It was during these jobs that the younger Travis would begin to admire doing things the Right Way the First Time, while providing the highest level of integrity in the industry.

Later, when Travis established his own company, he started to branch out and now with an amazing team of highly trained experts they have been rapidly growing the Quality Empire into what it is today!

They focus on creating wow customer experiences and providing the best quality products in the market to assure every homeowner that they are getting products that will last for many years.

We are excited for 2021 to be here as we are moving towards rapidly expanding our company and growing into servicing more customers across the US Locally Owned and Operated for 47 Years.
